Using Six Sigma principles of production called Ultimate Variation Control, UVC thoroughly tests each card to ensure readability using a series of high speed camera readers for accurate verification of critical information. It also grades bar codes and redirects lower grade bar coded cards so that the card can be remanufactured and reinserted into the correct position-thus eliminating unwanted occurrences at point of sale.

Gift cards can be individually packaged or adhered to a carrier for activation as a point-of-sale card. Our M6 cards have an OSHA style hanging hole and a two-section, snap-apart, plastic card. Hanging on a rack at point-of-sale, the top half can display promotional copy with a blank space for a write-in greeting. The bottom half features a magnetic stripe card. The card is activated by swiping it through a check-out reader.
